I believe in sound nutrition to keep your metabolism going strong. My philosophy to weight loss is dieting a client down, meaning your program is adjusted slowly, instead of throwing you on a very strict diet. This allows me to take from or decrease foods from your diet to keep your body responding.
NO LONG HOURS OF CARDIO!
I believe in short intense sessions of cardio based on intervals. A cardio session should be no longer than 40-45mins MAX with the majority of it focused on intervals.
Long durations of cardio are actually proven to slow your metabolism and in the long run (no pun intended) create a situation where weight loss may not be possible.
